1. This is a supplementary judgment to the main judgment delivered on 12 November 2001. After having delivered judgment, the parties were invited to submit arguments on the question of costs.

2. Having heard their submissions, I assessed and awarded costs to the Plaintiffs at $32,000 plus reasonable disbursements incurred. The Plaintiffs are now appealing against the quantum of costs allowed.

3. In assessing the costs, I had taken into account the submissions made by the parties and the factors set out in Appendix 1 of Order 59
