are charged that you, on or about the 12^th day of October 2000, not being a Singaporean citizen, did enter Singapore without being in possession of a valid pass issued to you by the Controller of Immigration, Singapore and you have thereby contravened the provisions of Section 6(1)(c) of the Immigration Act, (Cap 133), which is an offence punishable under Section 6(3)(a) of the Immigration Act, Chapter 133."
