are charged that you, on or about the 12^th day of October 2000, not being a Singaporean citizen, did enter Singapore without being in possession of a valid pass issued to you by the Controller of Immigration, Singapore and you have thereby contravened the provisions of Section 6(1)(c) of the Immigration Act, (Cap 133), which is an offence punishable under Section 6(3)(a) of the Immigration Act, Chapter 133."

are charged that you, sometime in a day on August 2000, between 12.00 noon to 4.00pm at Alpine Engineering Pte Ltd located at No. 51 Pioneer Sector One, Singapore, did falsely represent yourself to one Teo Song Hin, Operations Manager of the said company, that you were one Moorthy A/L Mutayan, a Malaysian, holder of a Malaysian Restricted Passport No. J162875, to wit by producing the said Teo Song Hin, to believe that you were a Malaysian National and inducing him to process the application of a Work Permit for you to work in the said company, an act which he would not have done, if the true facts of your identity had been made known to him and you have thereby committed an offence punishable under Section 419 of the Penal Code, Chapter 224."

He pleaded guilty to all the above charges....
